01Civic and non-partisan use
AFiN services are provided for lawful civic, development, membership and communication purposes. Users must not submit false information, abuse public forms, impersonate another person or use the platform for partisan, threatening, fraudulent or unlawful activity.
02Membership and communications
Registration does not create automatic membership status. AFiN administrators review submissions before approval. Email or phone communications may be used for registration, event, programme and operational updates where consent has been provided or where communication is necessary to administer a request.
03Public content
Published pages, events, articles, programmes and media are provided for information and community engagement. AFiN may update, correct, archive or remove content as organizational records evolve.
04Launch-period limitations
During the initial free-plan launch, services may be affected by provider limits, maintenance or manual operational processes. AFiN will use reasonable care to protect submitted information, but users should not submit sensitive information that has not been requested by the organization.
